Calif, came to live with us several years ago; she spent about a year with Von Charisma German Shepherds after making a long trip from Michigan. When Vicki Burkey asked me if I might be interested in co-owning her, getting another bitch was the furthest thing from my mind. When I met her it was love at first sight for both of us. She hopped in my car and walked into my house like she belonged there. She has never looked back and she just lives to be my constant companion. Calif has a sweet temperament, her devotion to me is absolute, and she has helped make my life more complete.
